How it works

The LETS tote bin washer is a very sturdy product, built completely from stainless steel 304. The washing unit is fitted with a rotating spraying arm, fitted with stainless steel nozzles, allowing the complete inner and outer surface to receive a thorough cleaning.

Cleaning programme
The washing programme is developed as follows: load with tote bin secured on hood, close hood, cleaning programme adjustable 2-10 minutes. Post-rinse programme, open hood and unload. When the entire cleaning programme has been complete, this will be made known using a light signal. The operation is completely safe, with two-handed operation.

Cleaning results
Applying detergent will improve the cleaning results. A detergent dosage pump is standard. This doses proportionally, which means that the detergent is dosed into the tub in relation to its filling and refreshing. An excellent method to achieve excellent results.

Vapour extraction
An unique system creates reliable vapour extraction. Vapour is sucked out using compressed air guided venture, without extra moving parts.

Filters
The water is thoroughly filtered using a sieve and then put back into the system.

Nozzles
The stainless steel nozzles are arranged in such a way that the jets evenly
