Component washer - LETS cleaning installations

The LETS component washer is a very sound, robust unit. This unit is very different from other conventional units. If there are many oil-containing products (batteries, engines etc.) that require cleaning, we offer the option of adding an oil/water separator emulsion. This allows the washing water to be disposed down the drain.

How it works:

The component washer’s washing tunnel is equipped with rotating spraying arms with 10 nozzles. The spraying arm slowly rotates left and right. Cleaning is done under high pressure. The cleaning temperature is adjustable, around 80°C. After washing, the load is rinsed with warm water. Afterwards, the product is blown dry. Blow-drying makes use of the same motor that is used for cleaning.

How it works

The wash programme is as follows:

load up machine with forklift/pallet truck
set wash programme, 2-6 minutes
post-rinse programme
set dry programme, 3-6 minutes
unloading after green light and sound signal

The light, along with a sound signal, indicates when the wash programme has been completed. Depending on the programme selected/amount of pollution, capacity ranges from 5-20 pallets an hour. A 400L tank has been installed beneath the floor. Before washing water is reused, the water is first very thoroughly filtered through a sieve.

In 5-12 minutes (depending on the setting), the machine has gone through a whole programme. Washing as well as drying. Not just a little clean, but completely clean. Not sort of dry, but completely dry. It creates certainty.
No lifting
The machine has been developed in such a way that with a pallet truck or forklift, you can load the components into the machine. This means no lifting is required, as well as increasing efficiency.
Long life expectancy
Quality is a high priority for LETS. That is why the machine consists of solid stainless steel plating and sturdy stainless steel pumps. LETS installations are diligently finished. The cables have been tucked away and secured against minor collisions.
