The LETS mineral oil washer was specially designed for automotive and equipment and machine builders. This allows for bins and crates with oil pollution to be cleaned quickly and thoroughly. The unit is fitted with an oil/water separator, allowing the washing water to be discharged through regular drainage pipes. The water usage is also only 10% compared to traditional crate washers.

How it works

In the main washing zone, the crates or bins are cleaned under high pressure. Very suitable for more heavy pollution. The crate is washed on all sides. Because of the guidance at the sides and top, the crates are kept in place.

How it works

This industrial cleaning machine filters out the oil with a partition in the tank. The leakage and post-rinsing water is collected in the first part of the tank. A stainless steel sieve then filters the water to be transported back for reuse. Because of the extra oil/water separator, the washing water can be discharged through the regular drains, and only the oil needs to be taken away.
