How it works

The cold water is brought to temperature thanks to a modulating central-heating boiler, after which the hot water is collected in a break tank. The powerful plunger pump brings the water to the desired pressure. Cleaning up to 150 bar is possible.

The unit consists of the following main components::

How it works

Heating
The exchanger heats the cold water to the desired temperature. A high-yield gas heater provides heat for the boiler. After the boiler there is a mixing system to make hot cleaning possible, regardless of the boiler temperature. The boiler temperature can be adjusted. The boiler is also fitted with energy-efficient regulation and anti-oscillation design. The unit is also fitted with the necessary protections.

Technical information
The pump unit is fitted with a stainless steel break tank with level and temperature guards. The installation can withstand high temperatures very well.

Use
The pump unit starts completely automatically when a pistol is opened and has a stalled stop after the last pistol closes. The machine has a drip tray with drainage.
